FAQ & Support

📩 Contact / report a problem

Recommended: in-extension one-click feedback (since v0.1.3)

When you hit a bug or want to suggest a feature:

  1. Open the popup (click the extension icon in the Chrome toolbar)
  2. Find the failing task → click the 🐛 next to it; or click the global 🐛 Feedback at the bottom; the same button is also on each task's detail panel under "Full log" (popup → 📋 Full log)
  3. Type a sentence or two + your email (optional) → click 📤 Submit
  4. You'll get a FB-YYYYMMDD-XXXX ticket id — we reply within 72 hours

This flow auto-attaches sanitized diagnostics (task steps, error codes, browser version, config summary, SW errors). It cuts our triage to 30 seconds, much faster than email.

Privacy: by default only btih hash is sent — no filename, no magnet trackers. You can opt in to "include filename" (trackers/passkey still stripped). Cookies / aria2 token / license key are never uploaded. See Privacy Policy §5.

❓ Common questions

How does the trial period work?

Enter your email in the extension popup to claim a full-feature 7-day trial license. The trial license is issued by our server and sent to your email; each email can claim it once.

What happens when the trial ends?

After the trial, buy a license to keep using the extension. Monthly, yearly, and lifetime tiers are available; the license key is emailed after payment.

I did not receive or lost my license.

Check spam first. If it is still missing, use the license recovery page with your purchase email.

Will system clock skew affect my license?

No. Trial and paid licenses are validated against server state, so local clock skew can't extend or shorten access.

Which cloud-storage services are supported?

v1 only supports 115 Cloud. v2 plans add Aliyun Drive and Quark. We will never support Baidu Cloud.

Which link types are supported? Can I batch them?

Magnet links, 40-char BTIH hex, 32-char BTIH base32, ED2K, and .torrent URLs are supported. The popup can preview multiple pasted lines before dispatch; duplicates, invalid items, and ordinary HTTP links are skipped. You can also click "Scan current page" to import magnet / ED2K / torrent URLs from the active tab into the same batch preview.

I'm not sure how to configure aria2.

Inside the extension: Settings → aria2 RPC. Full endpoint examples are listed (localhost, Synology NAS, Tailscale, HTTPS reverse proxy). Just follow the prompts. WS / WSS were disabled in the client since v0.2.1: browser WebSockets always send cookies and can't omit credentials, which would risk leaking cookies to your NAS / proxy. If you need a WSS-equivalent setup, use HTTPS reverse proxy instead.

What is "My 115 Files"? Will it upload my file list?

Since v0.2.0 the popup has a 📁 My 115 Files entry that lists every offline task on your 115 account (not just the ones the extension pushed). Each completed task can be one-clicked to aria2 over a signed 115 HTTPS direct link — full speed of what 115 already downloaded, not a BT re-download.

Privacy: the task list is fetched live from 115's own API (in your browser context) only when you open that page. It is never uploaded to our servers. See Privacy Policy.

The extension asks me to claim or enter a license?

That means this browser has not activated a trial or paid license yet. Claim a 7-day trial by email in the popup, or open Settings and enter an existing license key.

Why do "in-progress push" notices disappear when I close the popup?

The extension keeps watching task completion in the background (up to 30 minutes) and notifies you via system notifications. You can also open "Full log" from the popup to see task state; aria2 tasks are read back by the saved profile / endpoint snapshot and show progress, speed, errors, and save directory.

How does the "5 devices" cap work?

A paid license can be active on up to 5 browsers simultaneously. Activating a 6th device automatically signs out the oldest one.

How many devices does the trial support?

A trial license is limited to 2 browsers (enough to evaluate a "main device + NAS" setup); paid licenses get 5. Same LRU eviction as the paid tier — activating on a 3rd device automatically signs out the oldest one, the activation itself still succeeds.

Refunds?

7-day no-questions refund after purchase. Email support@duijiaozhen.com from your purchase email and include your license key; after manual approval, we refund to the original payment method.

Is Magnet Manager a 115 cloud offline download helper?

Yes. Magnet Manager is a Chrome extension for 115 Cloud users. It detects magnet links on web pages and pushes them to 115 cloud offline download with one click. It does not provide resource search or content distribution, and only operates on links that already exist on the page when you actively trigger it. Lawful use only.

How do I configure aria2 RPC?

Open the extension settings, go to aria2 RPC, and enter your downloader address, port, and secret. Localhost, Synology NAS, Tailscale intranet addresses, and HTTPS reverse proxies are all supported. Click "Test connection" to confirm reachability; failed 115 tasks will then automatically fall back to this downloader. For a full NAS setup guide, see aria2 / NAS setup guide.

Does it work with Synology NAS?

Yes. Install aria2 on your Synology NAS, then enter the NAS LAN address or Tailscale IP in the extension's aria2 RPC settings. Magnet Manager will push links straight to the Synology download queue, and task progress can be read back in the extension's full log.

How does the Chrome magnet link extension work?

After installing Magnet Manager, magnet / BTIH / ED2K / .torrent links on web pages show an "offline" button. You can also right-click selected text, paste multiple lines into the popup, or click "Scan current page" to batch-import and push links. Please make sure your use case is lawful.

Where can I find the setup tutorial?

See the quick start and the aria2 / NAS setup guide.
